Installation Problems

Dear All,
I have downloaded and install PHP 5.3.6 msi application. I have done all the configuration on the php.ini file, but when i try to execute a PHP file it does not display anything on the browser and no error is displayed.
I have the following:
Operating System - Windows XP SP 2
IIS - 5.1
FastCGI
