i)I have another problem, after running all the required SAPI two folders
are generated "Debug_TS " and "Release_TS" .Inside "Debug_TS" nine folders
are present and one of them is "Debug_TS" inside this folder a folder with
name "php-5.5.4-devel-VC11-x86" is present ,are the libraries contain
inside the debug pack be placed inside "php-5.5.4-devel-VC11-x86" folder.
Also, most of the folder like "ext","main" contains empty folder inside,is
this correct.
