Configuration for PHP Interpreter Debugging

Dear developers, I have an issue trying to debug compiled PHP Interpreter
(PHP 8.4 dev) on my Windows device. Do you have any configuration for
Visual Studio 2019 or CLion that will let me to start debugging
interpreter? Or any other suggestions?
