Hi.

Just getting back to Win PHP dev. Wanting to build PHP. VS2012 Express for
Windows Desktop throws a message saying that is incompatible with my
version of Windows.

What version of Windows & VS are you all using?

P.S. I chose VS2012 because https://wiki.php.net/internals/windows/compiler
said so and I believe everything I read on the intertubes.
