I've not looked since my own free tool chain stopped working, but is
there a usable one these days? Looks like I'm going to have to move a
couple of sites where we will not be allowed a Linux server and I've
some bits that will need recompiling, but probably for window 8.1. Still
stuck with 32bit windows since 64bit will not allow access directly to
things like the parallel port :(
