Windows snapshot builds missing in windows.php.net

Hi PHP Windows internals,
It's my first time contacting this list :)
For quite some time, I was using the Windows snapshot builds at
https://windows.php.net/snapshots/, but for the past couple weeks or so,
there were no new builds, and the page says builds are in progress or
missing for PHP master branch builds.

Is this related to the recent Microsoft emails regarding they will not be
supporting Windows builds? I believe our same PHP contributors including
Chirsoph M Becker are the ones spending their valuable time and resources
for Windows builds.
