Hi, That file is part of bindlib_w32 - and as the message says, it's part of the win32build package, or was (?). bindlib_w32 happens to be in php.net cvs anyway, so you can download the src from there. You'll need resolv.lib too, but if you're missing a copy building it from bindlib_w32 is trivial. If you already have bindlib_w32 on board, better check that you've set your include paths correctly.
