Nothing at present, but as you saw I only just reached 'D'.

I'd like to put up layout examples on that page once I've finished going 
through the libs. I think there will probably end up being two layouts - one 
reflecting your setup for multiple CRTs, which appears optimal for that 
scenario, and an optional one for single-CRT setups.
