PHP for Win64?

Hello,

There is currently no binary distribution for Windows x64 on http://windows.php.net/. I initially thought that PHP does not run in x64 environment, but Wikipedia mentioned that "It(PHP) runs in both 32-bit and 64-bit environments" and the PHPx64 Project showed that it is true. So, if PHP can run in x64 environment, why isn't there a official binary distribution for Windows x64?
