New OpenSsl version

Hi!

I have uploaded the VC6 versions of openSSL 0.9.8h. This release fixes
a possible security flaw in 0.9.8f and 0.9.8g (see
http://openssl.org/news/secadv_20080528.txt).

I did not test it yet with php but it should work well, all tests pass.

VC8 and VC9 will follow shortly. They will be without ASM support (we
planed to use ASM versions whenever it is possible) until I fix a
little bug in the asm code (compile error).
