Btw, this list describe which lib is used by which ext:

mbstring does not need any library, they are all bundled.
com_dotnet uses the PSDK
SNMP is not available as snmplib does not work yet with VC9 (and may
never work).

Same issue than before. We'll have to add a macro to setup libxml
correctly for each extension. In the meantime you can build them
statically :)
