As far as I can tell I have it up to date. I have not used cvs before
this so I may be wrong. I have not found the cvs documentation to be
helpful so mostly had to guess. I used this line:
cvs -d :pserver:cvsread:[email protected]:/repository update -d -P -r PHP_5_3
