When configuring PHP 5.2.8 under Windows, I get the following error when
including GD:

  WARNING: t1lib not enabled; libraries and headers not found

 

I have looked at http://pecl2.php.net/downloads/php-windows-builds/php-libs/
and can't find anything resembling t1lib or T!_StaticMD.lib (what configure
says it is actually checking for).

 

Is this available somewhere or do I need to find and build T1?
