NSAPI Snapshot Builds for VC9?

Hi Pierre,

the current thread-safe NSAPI builds for PHP 5.3 are still not working with
VC9:

Checking for nsapi.h ...  <not found>
Checking for nsapi.h ...  <not found>
WARNING: Could not find NSAPI headers/libraries

I tested the DLLs locally (at the beginning of the year and gave you my +1
to enable them). I thought, you have copied the headers and libs from the
VC6 build to VC9? Can you do this? The same would be nice for HEAD.

As I have seen, this should be done before the release of 5.3 or the commit
freeze.
