There is a problem with this packages available for download. All this
packages(php-5.3-src and 6 too) provides a VC++ 6 Solution and Project
Files.

That's ok, but php5dll was corrupt and cannot be converted to VC++ 2008 (VC9).

I tried to download all packages available in the web site, but all
the downloads have the same VC++ 6 files.

Please fix this to able me and others to compile PHP in VC++ 2008.
