Yes, just really really busy right now - it's the last week of school
for me so I don't have a lot of time to apply to much of anything but
getting things ready for summer and having kids home again.

The only thing I know of is that zend was doing different things with
the pcre build for the non-thread safe version of PHP, and we were
having some issues creating third party builds of some software
(libmcrypt comes to mind)

You can see the current progress of the library stuff at
http://wiki.php.net/internals/windows/libs - when that list is complete
we'll start on pecl libs.
