Possible cleanup of windows snapshot builds

  Windows snapshot builds available from 
http://windows.php.net/snapshots/ includes .svn files thereby increasing 
the download and even unzip time. Is this made available unlike the case 
with http://snaps.php.net for some reason ? I was wondering, if  we can 
consider removing the '.svn' files when we construct source snapshot for 
windows builds too.
