end of support for VC6 in trunk

hi,

As discussed already last year, I like to stop to support VC6 for any
version after 5.3. It will be php6 or any next php5 major version.

As we already have an active branche (trunk) for PHP6, I like to stop
to provide VC6 builds as well as not taking care of VC6 compatibility
anymore. Unless there is strong arguments against this change, I will
disable the VC6 snapshots build by the end of the month.
