This communique is our way of keeping in touch with our market. 

 

The first purpose of this communique is to ask your permission to keep your details on our database so that we may periodically communicate with you, please. I promise not to flood your inbox or waste your time with frivalous junk. Hopefully you will never require the services of private/forensic investigators, but if you ever should, we want FSG to be the first that comes to mind. This is always the primary objective of these communique but, along the way, we also want to share some of our risk management knowledge - the stuff we have learned investigating all nature of crime, loss and risk over 25 years.  

 

The second purpose is to inform you, if you are not aware of the fact, that FSG is one of the oldest (25 years old), largest and most reputable service provider's of it's kind. We are also one of only a few that genuinely has a national infrastucture to service your investigation/tracing needs. (All instructions must, however, be directed to our Durban head office. Every instruction, no matter where the work is done, is managed from Durban. This way, I can guarantee the quality and consistency of service delivery.)

Although the website needs some updating (I've been too busy to get around to it) it's still a decent introduction to FSG.

 

2009 has been FSG's best ever, and I thank our staff, clients and service providers for making that happen. I must particulary thank Shelley Deghaye, FSG's Admin and Finance Manager for the past 12 years. She and her team keep everything in order, and the cash flowing, freeing me visualise FSG's destiny and concentrate on operations.

  

Lastly, I take this opportunity - on behalf of all at FSG - to wish you and yours a safe, relaxing, joyful festive season. Thank you for making our 2009 fantastic. We will serve you with distinction in 2010 - and beyond.

 

Please note that our offices (excluding our guarding operations infrastructure) will close on 18/12/2009 and re-open on 4/1/2010.
