Problem building PHP 5.3 on Win32.

Hi.

I've just got my new 2003 R2 VM up and going. Added SDK 6.1 and
VS2008C++ EE SP1.

Pulled in the 5.3 branch and all the necessary build tools.

Attempting to ...

and getting missing files...

I suspect I've come into this in the middle of some "work-in-progress"
