It is slightly annoying that you ask for that while you have zero fact to show up, not the 1st time either. It has been discussed many times already in the past and the v3 of the *GPL licenses are a great mess with ZERO legal backup. No court ever validated any of them and the license itself covers the "use as a service". May I suggest to stop to actually add confusion to the stack instead of telling me that I spread FUDs?
