Hi all,

I just committed the last missing piece of the jigsaw to make the generated 
VC6 project files build on my box.

If anyone has one of those 'weekend' things coming up, could you please find 
time to test and give feedback?

The two areas I already suspect will be problematic are include/lib paths 
(in the generated .dsp file) and automatic VC8/9 conversion.
