firebird extension (interbase) not copied to the extension folder when it is run with the msi installer

Sakhile Njoko notified me on firebird-php list  that the msi installer
doesn't copy the php_interbase.dll to the ext directory when is ran
could you please add it to the package installer ?

"What I meant by that is the dll files (for Mysql and Postgres) get
automatically copied into the extension folder when you
run the msi file. But with Firebird you have to do it manually. This
means that Mysql and Postgres developers can use the
installer only and they are good to go but we (Firebird users) can't."
