I also wondered why wouldn't just Hannes go ahead and commit those patches,
so I checked
http://svn.php.net/viewvc/SVNROOT/global_avail?view=markup
and from what I can tell, only those listed in
avail|pajoye,guilhermeblanco,auroraeosrose,rrichards,kalle,sascham78,szarkos|web/windows.git
have access to that path, as there is no web/* avail, or other avail lines
to web/windows.git elsewhere
am I missing something?
