Johan Cruijff would say: "Da's logisch". Nobody complains about a broken
php_curl.dll, because it is not 'broken' yet. Once you enable USE_IDN in
PHP 5.3/5.4 the complaints will come in, like the one about my builds on
Apachelounge.
