[PHP-DEV] Heads-up, 8.6.0alpha1 about to be built

Hi everybody,

I will be preparing the packages for the first alpha version of 8.6.0 
tomorrow, most likely morning EU time.

I just wanted to give you a heads up: if you'd like to see your 
feature/fix/etc in it, please make sure it lands on master today and 
that our CI is happy ;-)
