I've seen on your PR that some folks reported that your email went into
spam, so following up to make sure it didn't get lost in the void
definitely makes sense.

But as a general note and to set expectations straight: The list is
*super* active right now and many folks are probably still working on
their backlog of older emails they'll need to read, think about and
possibly reply. Since many of the contributors are working on PHP in
their free time, they might also only catch up on the list in the
evenings or on weekends - or just focus on things that need their
immediate attention. So please keep in mind that some patience might be
required, especially now shortly before the freeze for PHP 8.6. With
regard to RFC karma specifically, there is only a small number of folks
who are able to hand that out. I'm not among them, so can't help out
directly. But I just reached out to some of them in private.

While you're waiting for RFC karma you can already prepare the RFC text
based on the template you can find at https://wiki.php.net/rfc/template.
I've also just added a review of the tests to your PR that might come in
helpful to figure out all edge cases you'll need to describe in the RFC
text.

Best regards
