The voting period has now ended for this RFC with the following outcomes:

- "Implement autoconf 2.71 requirement as outlined in the RFC?" has
passed, with 27 votes for, 2 against, and 5 abstentions.
- "Implement COM_RESET_CONNECTION requirement as outlined in the RFC?"
has passed, with 26 votes for, 0 against, and 5 abstentions.
