Hrm, where is the jurisdiction coming from?  Who put any of the current 
members of this mailing list in any position to have more or less power 
than anybody else?

I guess we see this project in an entirely different manner...  As I think 
this should be a descriptive project rather than a defining project, votes 
and veto rights are simply not an issue.
