URI - Variables

is there a posibility to get the variables given through the URI
when their names are unknown?
One way would be a function to get the actual URI,
- but I don't know it -
another way would be an array-variable containing them,
with their names as key and their values as associated value.
- but I don't know whether this one exists either!
