    I agree we should give everyone a chance to subscribe before
    making decisions.

    I've added a STATUS file to the php-lang cvs module. Are
    there any comments so far? I'll track the discussion and
    possibly alternatives in that file, so people will always
    have a chance of following the discussion, even if they join
    later.
