PHP3 to PH4 under WinNT with Oracle Database

Hello, I actually work with PHP3 under WinNT with Netscape Enterprise Server. I have an Intranet based on an Oracle Database working fine. I read that PHP4 offers session management, so I want to upgrade my old PHP3 version. But can I reuse the php3_oci73.dll and php3_oci80.dll given with PHP3 or do I have to download this dll built for PH4 (and from wich source can I download them?) Can somebody, who experienced Oracle with PHP4 under Windows NT, help me?
