track_vars

Hmm. Not sure if this is on the right list or not, but I have a little bit
of a complaint... killing php_track_vars like that in a minor minor version
upgrade and hiding it away in a change log, that was quite upsetting.

(Even if it didn't work in 4.0.0, it would have been nice to know that my
users were going to start complaining about PHP spewing out error messages...)

(Not subscribed to the list, btw, so won't see any replies sent just to the
list :-)
