PHP4 as DSO

Hello,

I use Apache 1.3.14, Mod_ssl (with openssl)  and PHP 4.0.3pl1 as a DSO (axps) of
Apache When I load Apache I get:

[warn] Loaded DSO libexec/libphp4.so uses plain Apache 1.3 API, this module
might crash under EAPI! (please recompile it with -DEAPI)

But it starts ... Is it normal ?
