Hello, mirrors.
We have an unofficial mirror named php.vc.ukrtel.net (alias
ua3.php.net).
UA ISP Ukrtelecom network
Geolocation Vinnitsa
Fedora 8
Apache 2.2
PHP 5.2
Bandwidth NOW=10M (100M if needed).
IP=213.179.228.16
rsync synchronization from rsync.php.net 1 time at day (cron.daily)
Also we planned to involve (if needed, sure :) ) another mirror server in network
82.207.71.0/24 with rsync synchronization from first server.

We propose make our mirror as OFFICIAL.
