Yes something is wrong. 

My eng manual at my dk2 mirror is gone too. http://dk2.php.net/manual/en/
I have hope it looks like: http://php2.webname.dk/manual/en/

What's wrong?

Can this have anything to do with our mirror breaking after the last rsync 
update? A lot of parts of the manual are missing. You can check 
http://nl3.php.net/manual/en/. It's not there. I just did an rsync:

$
