Can this have anything to do with our mirror breaking after the last rsync
update? A lot of parts of the manual are missing. You can check
http://nl3.php.net/manual/en/. It's not there. I just did an rsync:

$
/usr/bin/rsync -avzC --timeout=600 --delete --delete-after
--include='distributions/*.exe'
rsync.php.net::phpweb /srv/www/mirror/nl3.php.net/website/
receiving file list ... done

total size is 1473976165 speedup is 425.47
