Thanks very much for your help Hannes. I've done a couple of tests now, 
with this results:

Multiviews: I've added the "Options -MultiViews" to the "<Directory" 
configuration for my php directory, but I can still see a 
"Content-Language: en" header in my HTTP responses from the mirror. I 
don't know if there is a problem here or if it should return that anyway.

This things works without problems: Content-Type, /manual redirects, 
manual shortcuts, data types, RemoveHandler var and downloading of 
.msi-files.
