To be a mirror of PHP

    Dear PHP,

    I'm an administrator of FPT Telecom. Now, I'm responsible for 
becomming a partner of community sites.

    I knew my country had 2 mirrors of PHP. But I believe FPT Telecom - 
one of largest ISP in Vietnam has best ability for serving people better 
in approach PHP language.

    Would FPT to be a mirror of PHP?
