Dear Sirs,

I would like to set up the Official Mirror of PHP.
Also I would like to be included in automatic redirection pool for Armenia and
Georgia  region, since with all Armenian AS's  we've direct peering  and with 
major Georgian  AS's we have direct peering and others are reachable  via one or
two hops with small TTL.

If you need more info just let me know.
