It is intended. docs.php.net is a "special mirror".
Whenever we push out large changes to the docs/website we test it out
there for few days/weeks and allow the public to test it out before
deployment.
Furthermore, that mirror rebuilds all translations 4times a day while
normal mirrors only update weekly.
