Is the new  script in effect ?
I am puzzled.  tr.php.net is well and  alive.

is there any difference in reaching tr.php.net  with  
www.bilkent.edu.tr,   inet-tr.org.tr,  kampanya.org.tr,    
internethaftasi.org.tr ?
