    That should be fine.  Here's the information we'll need from you
so that we can verify everything, add it to our database, and activate
your mirror:

    * The FQDN to access the mirror directly (for example:
php-mirror.myserver.ru)
    * The name and email of the person maintaining the mirror (yours
is the default)
    * The name of the individual or company providing the mirror (to
list on the site)
    * The URL to the primary website of the individual/company
providing the mirror (to link)

    We'll check to verify a few things, including that the server
itself resides in Russia.  If anything doesn't meet the requirements
to qualify, we'll let you know how to fix it.  If everything passes,
we'll add you to the list of official mirrors.
