    We actually do monitor and reply to messages sent to the list, but
I don't have a copy in my inbox.  It's possible that it was rejected
by the mailing list software, my SPAM filters, or I may have
overlooked it and deleted it by mistake.

    In any case, thank you for your offer, but at the present time, we
have two mirrors for Switzerland - including the one you already
provide and maintain for us.

    At this time, by our current practices (found here:
http://www.php.net/mirroring.php), we must deny your request to add a
second mirror, as there is one being maintained at ch2.php.net
already.  However, should the mirror be removed from our system, we
would welcome you to provide the second mirror as well.  Hannes
Magnusson and myself also spoke briefly of the possibility of adding a
waiting list for mirror providers, and if we do institute that, we'd
encourage you to add your name to that list.

    If you have any questions, please feel free to reply to the list

time, feel free to reply to me personally.
