Mirror hr.php.net is too slow

Hi,

I'm a user from Croatia and the main PHP site automatically chooses
hr.php.net as its default mirror. However, this mirror site is
exceedingly slow - it's always faster to get pages directly from a US
site than the "local" one, which is kind of bad for overall
usability.This is not new but is present for a long time, at least for
the past year.

I'd suggest removing the mirror or at least removing the automatic
redirect to the mirror (when searching php documentation) - it would
greatly help local users.

I have checked and this is not dependant on which ISP is used to
access it. If you need more information I'll gladly provide it.
