I would like to know if i will be able to mirror php.net site as a part of
the phpfreaks.co.il website for Israel. I read the guidelines and the
policy, I know that there are already two mirror sites for Israel and it
clearly said that a third one will not be accepted unless there is a good
reason. Well i think i have a fair reason. First both sites are general,
Nither of them focuses on just PHP & related. the website
phpfreaks.co.ildoes just that, I have already started translating the
PHP.net manual into
Hebrew you can check that out in the website under "
http://www.phpfreaks.co.il/references.html" I have started with Arrays as
the first category and it's moving a long nicely. I would have cotinued
doing the translating just in my site, But i think having it done directly
trough the il.php.net website will be better since more people will be
exposed. My idea is fairly simple, To try and bring the php.net website in
Hebrew for the large amount of php developers we have. Splitting the
documentation away from the official site will be a waste.

Hope that's a good reason enough.
