I've set up a unofficial mirror for php.net site at http://php.dev.md/
located in Chişinău, Republic of Moldova, running about 7 months.
I'll be honored to maintain this mirror and to offer downloads for local
users, at a faster speed than from a location outside Moldova.
I'm wandering what is my chance to obtain the status of one of official
mirrors or what I need more to do?

Note: The bandwidth of about 70 Mbps what I have will be enough in order
to satisfy the clients from Moldova, especially from Chişinău where the
fiber-channel network is growing up day by day. The server is limited in
external outgoing speed (1 Mbps), but in fact, the goal is to serve the
local people.
