Excuse, but why we cannot have 3 official mirrors in Ukraine? We want to make better access to free software for citizens our country. We want help PHP.net projects and other FSF/GNU/etc. projects, but we cannot make this by donation, but we can make this by mirroring and we make it! But, if my arguments are unpersuasive, then will excuse for troubling.
