    Thanks for the offer, Yaroslav, but we do already have two mirrors
in Russia.  One of them appears to be experiencing some difficulties,
so it's not appearing in the mirror list on the public side, but it is
still in our list of providers.

    However, we are accepting requests to be placed on a "waiting
list" for when we overhaul the existing mirrors, or when a mirror
maintainer is no longer able to provide us with service.  If you would
like, I will place you and your company at the top of the list for
Russia.  Just let me know and I will add to the waiting list today.
