    Great!  First, check out http://php.net/mirroring.php and follow
those instructions.  Then get back to us with the following
information:

    * Your name and email address to be registered as the admin of the mirror.
    * A hostname that we can use as a CNAME for the country-code-based
name of the mirror.
    * Whether or not you've installed local stats support on your mirror.
    * The name of your hosting company.
    * The URL of the hosting company.

    Your php.net mirror address will be: ch.php.net

    Any other questions, please let us know.  Otherwise, just get back
to us when that's all set up and either myself or another member of
the Network Infrastructure Team will add your mirror to the list.

    Thanks again for your awesome generosity.  We're looking forward
to having you as an official mirror!
